It is intended to make our role clear and to set realistic expectations about what our proposal writing, RFP-response, template, and business-development services can and cannot do. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and you should read it before engaging us.

01Professional-effort services

We provide professional writing, strategy, and document-preparation services on a reasonable-effort basis. We apply our experience and care to help you present your offering clearly and persuasively, but we do not warrant any particular result, ranking, score, or award. Engaging us is an investment in the quality and presentation of your bid, not a purchase of an outcome.

02No guarantee of award or selection

We cannot and do not guarantee that any proposal, bid, response, or submission we help prepare will be shortlisted, selected, awarded, or funded. The decision rests entirely with the issuing organization or evaluator and depends on many factors beyond our control, including your pricing, qualifications, past performance, the strength of competing bids, evaluation criteria, internal politics, budget, and the judgment of the people making the decision.

03Not legal, financial, or regulated advice

Our Services are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, or other regulated professional. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, procurement-law, or compliance advice. Where an opportunity raises legal, regulatory, contractual, or financial questions, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate independent professional advice.

04Reliance on information you provide

Our work is built on the information, materials, and instructions you supply. We rely on that information being accurate, complete, current, and lawful. We do not independently verify the qualifications, certifications, past performance, pricing, or other facts you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information included in your proposal, and for ensuring it does not misrepresent your business.

05Compliance with solicitation requirements

While we work carefully to address the requirements set out in the materials you provide, you remain responsible for the final review and for confirming that your submission complies with all applicable instructions, formats, eligibility criteria, certifications, and deadlines before it is submitted. We strongly recommend that you read the full solicitation and check every mandatory requirement prior to submission.

06Deadlines and submission

Unless your Engagement Agreement expressly states that we will submit on your behalf, you are responsible for submitting your proposal through the correct channel and before the stated deadline. We are not responsible for late, rejected, or non-conforming submissions, including those caused by portal issues, file-format problems, missing attachments, or actions taken after we deliver our work to you.

07Templates are starting points

Any proposal templates we provide are general starting points intended to save you time and improve structure. They are not tailored to any specific solicitation and must be reviewed, customized, and verified for each opportunity. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from the use of a template without appropriate adaptation to your circumstances and the specific requirements you are responding to.

08Third parties and external factors

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, or timelines of third parties, including issuing organizations, evaluators, procurement portals, partners, subcontractors, or any other party involved in an opportunity. External factors such as changes to a solicitation, cancellation of an opportunity, or shifts in evaluation criteria are outside our control.

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated or changed at any time without notice. It does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon as the basis for any decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of website content for any purpose.

10"As is" basis and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in an Engagement Agreement and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our Services, deliverables, templates, and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
